Ordway provides method development and routine mass spectrometry services using our Agilent LC/MSD SL Single Quadrupole system. An Agilent 1100 Series binary HPLC pump with cooled autosampler, column heater and switching valve, and if needed a Diode Array Detector and Fluorescence Detector are also available.
Methods validated at Ordway (non-GLP) include but are not limited to: Various pharmaceutical compounds used in Pharmacokinetic simulation in biological growth media (Mueller-Hinton Broth) in support of Ordway Hollow Fiber studies. If increased sensitivity and/or specificity are required for your analysis LC/MS/MS analysis is also available at Ordway Research Institute. Our highly trained staff will assist you in your method development and sample analysis needs. Staff analysts routinely incorporate sample preparation using various matrices (from biological growth media Mueller-Hinton Broth to mouse or human plasma, to human aqueous humor or eye tissues).
